　　那个年代，吃不上白面，天天的小米荞面，吃的我心发慌！想白面想的我两眼泪汪汪！饭点时，我便在院子里大叫：谁家有面汤！我喝面汤包洗锅！

　　我知道有家在关中的老师，会有白面，常常像做贼一样的偷偷在房间做面条吃！

　　我便能喊上一句，喝点面汤以慰饥肠！

　　天下最好吃的面诞生在志丹剧团，那面，香的我至今难忘！那是一碗用石老师的尿盆和的面！

　　那年，唱丑角的石建民老师联系好去酒泉当剧团团长了，就要走了，关中带来的白面吃不完了，便让我也跟着吃一碗。他用他的三用盆，早上是洗脸盆，晚上是洗脚盆，半夜是尿盆！和上半盆雪白雪白的白面！用塑料纸包好，抹好油，等练完功，用筷子在两指宽的面条中间一按，两手一扯，下锅前一分为二，又细又筋道，出锅油辣子盐醋一调，就一瓣蒜！那个香啊，我一生天天只要有这一碗面，心满意足！

　　饥不择食！只有饥饿过的人才能知道粮食的珍贵！只有珍惜粮食的人才不乱花钱。那年头，吃饭和卫生没有关系，吃饭和有没有才有关系！而今，节约的精神一定要继承下去，只有节约，一生不贫，只要浪费，钱再多，一生乞丐。
